The transformations have become permanent.
The challenge is therefore no longer just to succeed in a project of change, but to developing the collective ability to remain in motion, to experiment with and evolve practices.
Transforming itself becomes an organizational skill, serving its sustainable performance.
Gone are the days when we were driving change without talking about transformation.
What difference is there between the two? In the change, the final destination is known : it involves moving from point A to a point B defined in advance. In the transformation, this point B is not completely known at the beginning.
Transformation is therefore a continuous process that really has no end. This is typically the case with AI transformation, as it has been — and still is — the case with digital transformation. It is this kind of support that talenco was born out of and this is what underpins our legitimacy in this area.
The real evolution now consists of develop your ability to transform and to make it an element of culture, essential for evolving in uncertainty.
Change is a project with a beginning and an end.
Transformation is a lasting state in which the organization learns to operate differently, including its relationship to uncertainty.
In change, employees are often recipients change, which is accompanied by efforts to reduce resistance.
In the transformation, they are co-constructors and their field intelligence is a resource, not an obstacle.
Driving change requires leadership of conviction and clarity (« here is where we are going, follow me »).
Driving the transformations requires a Leadership with meaning and to let go («That’s why it matters: let’s build together»), which is otherwise even more demanding.
We not only support change projects, but above all we support sustainable transformations.

1. What is the difference between change and transformation?
Change generally aims to move from one known situation to another with a defined goal. Transformation is more long-term: its destination evolves along the way and the organization must learn to adapt, experiment, and progress in the uncertainty.
2. How to develop the transformation capacity of a company?
It is about allowing the organization to transform itself gradually. This requires giving meaning, mobilizing the actors, experimenting, disseminating what works, and anchoring new practices in culture, rituals, and decision-making patterns.
3. How to successfully implement an organizational change?
By addressing three levers together: meaning, the human factor and management. A clear vision guides action, listening to emotions helps to overcome resistance, and regular follow-up keeps the course. Success also depends on the commitment of the teams.
4. How to involve teams in a transformation?
By making them actors rather than spectators. Working on situations close to their daily lives allows the employees to express their needs and co-create solutions. This direct participation promotes ownership and commitment more than a purely downward communication.
5. How to measure the effectiveness of support for transformation?
Concrete indicators allow progress to be objectively measured: commitment from managers and employees, changes in practices, ability to absorb transformations, even absenteeism or turnover. OKRs can be defined from the outset to measure the results achieved.
