Certification Qualiopi Certification and DataDock referencing

Certification Qualiopi Certification

Qualiopi is the French national quality certification for training providers and organizations delivering professional development and skills training programs. Based on a national quality framework, it recognizes compliance with rigorous standards for training processes and reflects a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Cette certification qualité, instituée par la Law of September 5, 2018 Qualiopi is a national quality certification that demonstrates compliance with the quality standards applicable to training providers and organizations delivering skills development programs. Since 1 January 2022, Qualiopi certification has been mandatory for eligible training providers seeking access to French public or pooled training funds.

The Qualiopi criteria

talenco has been certified by Qualiopi since February 8, 2021 (quality certification issued under the category «training actions»), and is committed on a daily basis to respecting the 7 criteria of the National Quality Reference Framework (RNQ):

The conditions for public information about the services offered, the deadlines for accessing them and the results obtained;
The precise identification of the objectives of the services offered and the adaptation of these services to the target audiences during the design of the services;
Adaptation to the target audiences of the services and the arrangements for reception, support, follow-up and evaluation implemented;
The adequacy of the pedagogical, technical and management resources to the implemented services;
The qualification and development of the knowledge and skills of the personnel responsible for implementing the services;
The provider’s registration and investment in their professional environment;
The collection and consideration of the assessments and claims made by the stakeholders regarding the services provided.

Referencing DataDock

DataDock is the unique and shared database between OPCO (Competence Operators) and OPACIF (Paritari Organisms Accredited under the Individual Training Leave) which allows for the identification and referencing of all training organizations that comply with the 6 criteria and 21 quality indicators determined by the decree of 30 June 2015 (which entered into force on 1 January 2017) and which can thus continue to benefit from public funding.

DataDock quality criteria

talenco has been listed on DataDock since May 2018 and meets the six quality criteria required:

The precise identification of the objectives of the training and its adaptation to the audience being trained
Adapting the arrangements for reception, pedagogical follow-up and evaluation to the needs of trainee audiences
The adequacy of the pedagogical, technical and management resources to the training offer
Professional qualification and continuing training of those responsible for training
The information provided to the public regarding the training offer, its access deadlines and the results achieved
Taking into account the assessments made by the trainees.
