talenco is fully committed to a corporate social responsibility (CSR) approach, based on sustainable development and a commitment to an eco-responsible society.
Engaged since 2021 in a recognized approach to continuous improvement of its CSR performance, talenco stands out today among its peers. 15% of the best-rated companies by Ecovadis in terms of corporate social responsibility (Ecovadis silver).
Renewed in 2026, this recognition reflects the quality of the CSR management system at the time of the evaluation.
