USEO is a French industrial SME specializing in the design and manufacture of tableware items for sectors such as the aerospace, food service and agri-food industries.
Historically focused on single-use plastic products, the company embarked on a profound transformation to reduce its environmental impact by adopting molded cellulose as the main production material.
The context of our mission at Useo
USEO has undertaken an Major industrial, human and strategic transformation to meet regulatory, societal and market constraints. This complete transition affected the supply chain, skills, management methods and financial indicators — with more 90% of the range renewed in less than 18 months.
In an environment marked by the’impermanence — health, energy or geopolitical crises — USEO felt the need to strengthen its strategic execution. Traditional approaches to management were no longer sufficient ensuring clear alignment between strategy and day-to-day operations.
That is why USEO has chosen the method of Objectives & Key Results (OKR) to successfully carry out its transformation, with customized support from talenco.

- OKR Review (J+3 months)

The most educational elements of the device
During the initial workshop, a specific time was dedicated to “Why” d’USEO, inspired by the model of Golden Circle by Simon Sinek in order to clearly define the raison d’être of usoe, to set the ambition and the goal before accelerating.
The OKR support was based, in particular, on the device sOKRat®, catalyst for the alignment and operational translation of strategic ambitions.

« We have sought the support of talenco to help us structure and implement the approach while remaining true to our values and our operational constraints. The support from talenco allowed us to explain the methodology and reassure them by showing that the approach is adaptable. We set clear rules of the game and built our OKRs in quarterly iterations.

The feedback from our OKR expert
«What struck me about Useo is a voluntary and clear-eyed Board of Directors regarding its transformation challenges. The work on the company’s «Why» has created a strong alignment foundation, and the ability of the Codir members to collectively challenge their objectives has enabled the major industrial transformation to be translated into concrete, shared, and transparent operational OKRs among the management teams.»
