New generations are entering the company with needs often similar to those of previous generations, but expressed in a sometimes different and even destabilizing way. This training enables us to overcome stereotypes, better understand each other’s expectations, and create the conditions for more fluid, constructive, and engaging collaboration between generations.

What is an intergenerational collaboration training?
Intergenerational collaboration training helps managers and teams work better with employees of different ages, experiences, and professional backgrounds. It allows them to overcome stereotypes, communicate better, and create more effective collective practices.
Why develop collaboration between generations?
Developing collaboration between generations allows for better leveraging the complementarities within the team: experience, mastery of tools, agility, creativity, and the transfer of knowledge. It is also a lever for strengthening commitment, fluidizing relationships, and improving collective performance.
How to manage an intergenerational team?
Managing an intergenerational team requires avoiding shortcuts with the “young” or the “senior” members, understanding the needs of everyone and establishing a clear framework. The manager must adapt their communication, encourage listening, and organize cooperation on a daily basis.
What tools are being worked on in this training?
The training mobilizes concrete tools: the deconstruction of stereotypes, active listening, collective rules of the game, team rituals, feedback, mentoring, reverse mentoring, a social contract for the team, or an individual action plan. The goal is to leave with practices that can be quickly put into action.
Is this training only for managers?
No. It is particularly useful for managers, but can also be of interest to HR professionals, tutors, learning managers, project leaders or employees involved in multigenerational teams. It enables everyone to work better with different profiles.
