At the heart of value creation in organizations, innovation in products, services, and processes has become key. Design Thinking enables innovation without making mistakes by starting from user needs, exploring real irritants, and then quickly testing concrete solutions.
This Design Thinking training enables participants to understand the approach, to experiment with it on a real-life case study, and to leave with tools that can be directly applied to run creative workshops, prototype solutions, and generate useful deliverables.
A fully customizable program , tailored to your organization's context, objectives, and the number of participants.
A follow-up/anchoring action is recommended at the end of the training.
A Senior Consultant to adapt the learning module to your context

What is a Design Thinking training?
Design Thinking training enables participants to understand and experiment with a user-centered innovation method. Participants learn to explore a need, define a challenge, envision solutions, prototype quickly, and test their ideas before deploying them.
Who is this Design Thinking training aimed at?
This training is aimed at managers, project leaders, innovation teams, business managers or employees tasked with improving services, products, processes or workflows. It is particularly useful for breaking away from traditional approaches to problem solving.
What tools are covered during the training?
The training allows participants to practice key tools of Design Thinking: stakeholder mapping, user interviews, personas, customer journey maps, empathy maps, creativity techniques, prioritization, prototyping, user testing, and solution pitching.
Why use Design Thinking in business?
Design Thinking helps companies innovate based on the real needs of users. It avoids out-of-the-box solutions, mobilizes collective intelligence, and quickly tests concepts before investing more time or resources.
Can the Design Thinking training be adapted to our projects?
Yes. The program can be adapted to your specific needs: product innovation, improving customer journeys, optimizing processes, internal transformation, or designing new services. An internal case study can be used to make the training immediately operational.
