The context
With the health crisis, teleworking has developed significantly since March 2020 and has disrupted Keolis’s organization.
As early as the summer of 2020, a hybrid model was established permanently within the Group, with some teams working in person and others working remotely.
The challenge for the Keolis group was therefore to’to support managers in renewing their management practices in order to reconcile the well-being and performance of teams in a context of hybrid work.
The objectives
The tailor-made support offered by talenco for managers aimed at achieving the following objectives:
- Sharing good practices allowing employees to be mobilized and maintaining social ties in a hybrid work environment,
- Effectively managing your business and your team in work modes that combine a presence and a distance approach,
- Identifying rituals and behaviors in favor of maintaining a good level of motivation and collaboration in situations of hybrid work,
- Creating an effective relationship to convey messages and manage delicate situations in teams that sometimes work in the office and sometimes remotely.
Our system
talenco, in close collaboration with the Keolis Training Department, has deployed a live, distance training system in two stages to help managers adapt and renew their practices in team management in a hybrid mode.
A webinar to raise awareness of the challenges of hybrid management
Ahead of the training program, an online meeting was organized with all the managers to:
- To arouse interest and encourage people to follow the training course,
- Raising managers’ awareness of the impact of teleworking on team performance,
- Understanding the evolution of working modes in a hybrid environment,
- Share the training program and answer questions.
A distance training course in 3 virtual classes of 2 hours
A live event in 3 virtual classes of 2 hours was set up, by groups of 10 managers, to allow them to:
- Engaging employees strongly in a hybrid work environment,
- Strengthening the bond and motivation within teams that alternate between being present and remote,
- Establishing and sharing a common goal and priorities for action both in the office and while working remotely,
- Develop communication methods adapted to the hybrid mode of activity.
