Industrial actor in the high-end cycle sector, LOOK Cycle International is a benchmark company in the design of high-quality bicycles and cycling equipment. Positioned on innovation and performance, the company operates in a demanding industrial environment, where differentiation comes down to both technology and operational excellence, thanks to its 280 employees.
Background: Integrating generative AI as a lever for industrial performance
In the face of the rapid growth of generative artificial intelligences (AI), LOOK Cycle identifies a strategic turning point. The first initiatives already exist, but remain scattered and heterogeneous across teams and still poorly structured.
The point is not to «test AI to test» but to integrate them as a concrete lever for performance and innovation.
The Management therefore wishes to:
- accelerate the adoption of generative AI,
- structure a coherent approach across the group,
- aligning practices with business priorities.
Objectives: to structure the adoption of generative AI and align business practices
LOOK Cycle has set a clear ambition: moving from experimentation to a structured and strategic adoption of AI.In concrete terms, this translates into:
- aculturating all employees, from the Codir team to the operational teams,
- harmonizing levels of understanding and AI practices,
- identify AI use cases based on business priorities,
- define a first AI roadmap aligned with the strategy.
Deployment of generative AI: Codir seminar, conference and workshops
To support LOOK Cycle in the adoption of AI, talenco has designed a device in 3 additional times, combined strategic alignment, broad acculturation and practical application of the profession.
1. A Codir seminar: aligning the strategic vision with generative AI
A seminar dedicated to the expanded Codir (CoLead) for:
- share a common understanding of the challenges posed by AI,
- take a broader perspective on the business, organizational, and strategic impacts,
- identify the first opportunities with high potential,
- Initiate a dynamic of ownership at the highest level of the company.
Objective: Creating a common foundation and driving transformation
2. An AI conference to acculturate all professions
An IA conference for teams to:
- to make key concepts more accessible and demystify AI,
- present concrete use cases,
- to arouse desire and curiosity,
- making AI a subject accessible and useful to everyone.
Objective: embark widely and create a collective reflex
3. Professional workshops: concrete and adapted AI use cases
7 specific workshops for each profession (Management control and ADV, Product Design, Marketing & Communication, HR, R&D study and industry bureau, Supply chain-logistics-purchasing-product quality & production, Customer Relations) for:
- experimenting concretely with AI tools,
- working from the real problems of the teams,
- identify high-value use cases,
- formalize initial applications in everyday life.
Objective: turning interest into concrete uses
Pedagogical method: learning generative AI through practice
- Varied and engaging formats: dynamic seminar, inspiring conference, collaborative workshops, experiments in subgroups, time for debriefing and anchoring…
- A very concrete approach: The participants work on their own professional priorities and directly test the AI tools.
- A direct link to the business: The workshops start from everyday problems to identify useful and applicable uses quickly.
Results: a concrete adoption of generative AI and measurable business impacts
- A clearer strategic vision: The Codir has a first roadmap aligned with the group’s priorities.
- A rapid and homogeneous acculturation: The collaborators now share a common foundation of understanding about generative AI.
- Specific use cases identified: Each profession was able to select applications that could be directly applied in their daily lives.
- An engaged passage into action: The teams are no longer focused on discovery but on collective dynamics and implementation, with defined action plans.
