Enedis is the main electricity distribution network operator in France, responsible for the operation, maintenance and development of nearly 95% of the electricity network throughout the territory.
A wholly owned subsidiary of EDF, Enedis is independent in network management, ensuring access to all electricity suppliers. Its role is to provide a quality public service with the aim of achieving an energy transition and optimizing electricity consumption.
The context of our mission
As part of a large training plan in the service of Management transformation, talenco was approached to propose training offers and workshops to enrich their program.
Among the proposed devices, one concerns more specifically the awareness-raising about generative artificial intelligences (GenAi) and their impact on managers and their teams.
The objectives of the AI training
Enedis has asked talenco to contribute to its training offer, particularly in raising awareness of generative artificial intelligence and its impact on management and teams, through 3 main objectives:
- Understanding what generative AI is and its impact in the company
- Training in the handling and fundamentals of the practice of generative AI
- Considering the practical applications in his profession and for his teams
Our AI awareness device
A half-day, in a virtual classroom, free registration for managers. 2 sessions per month on average since the end of 2024. The program includes:
Inspiring talk: «iA / GenAi: what are we talking about?»
- Understanding The functioning, challenges and opportunities of generative AI
- Harmonize the appropriation of the subject by everyone.
Hands-on workshop: testing a panel of GenAI tools
- Getting started with practice of prompt
- And discover your new ones superpowers generative artificial intelligences: analyzing, summarizing, translating, synthesizing...
- Different ones LLM (ChatGPT, Claude, Le Chat, Perplexity…) and other generative AI tools for images (Dall-E, Ideogram, Leonardo…), video (Runway…), audio (Suno…)
Projection workshop: increasing your role as a manager and the performance of your team
- Projecting on the transformations :

- Anticipating and preparing for the arrival and take-over of AI Generative with his team
