Before developing, it is necessary to assess. The diagnosis of managerial maturity provides a clear picture of the individual and collective practices of managers.
The management diagnosis is an objective starting point to target efforts, track progress, and guide your development plan.
The tool offers structured self-positioning: each manager assesses his or her practices in light of the key roles and actions expected in your management framework, organized into four to six dimensions.
The diagnosis allows the manager to assess his or her level of mastery, identify the key actions to strengthen, and propose concrete and personalized paths for improvement.
talenco relies on MatuDiag® is a fully customizable diagnostic tool. The tool can thus offer recommendations in the practices of your managers, and even offer them training modules tailored to their profile and drawn from your own training offer.
Through a simple link, the manager completes his/her profile and then answers, at his/her own pace, about sixty one-choice questions – about ten per role – based on managerial situations derived from your professional context and that illustrate the key roles and actions expected.

What is a management diagnosis?
It is an self-assessment that evaluates a manager’s maturity in the key roles and actions expected by your management framework. It identifies their strengths and areas for improvement, then proposes personalized recommendations for them to progress concretely.
How long does the management diagnosis take?
The matudiag® questionnaire contains about sixty questions, about ten per managerial role. Each manager can answer them in one go or in several sessions, resuming exactly where they left off. It usually takes thirty to 40 minutes in total.
Are the answers from matudiag® confidential?
Yes. The processing is anonymous and confidential, in accordance with the GDPR. The manager receives their personal report, while the company only has access to consolidated and anonymized data. The privacy of individual responses is guaranteed.
Can managers' progress be measured using this diagnostic?
Yes. By comparing two passes, before and after a training course, MatuDiag generates a comparative report. It shows the evolution of the scores from axis to axis, to objectively measure the progress made and guide the further development.
