Based in Geneva, David Rault He will lead the development of talenco's activities in Switzerland.
Its mission will consist of supporting Swiss organizations in the profound managerial transformations: strengthening leadership capabilities, accelerating the development of digital skills related to artificial intelligence, and consolidating their execution capabilities.
Holding a Master’s degree in Finance and an Executive MBA from HEC Paris, David is also a certified coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and IMD Lausanne.
Before joining talenco, he held the positions of Global Head of Organisational & Talent Development at Pictet Group (Switzerland) and then at Brunswick Group (United Kingdom), where he designed and implemented corporate academies and international skills development programs.
He has also led asset financing activities in Eastern Europe, Turkey, Spain and Asia.
