It is a reflection of a company committed to its customers, to providing beneficiaries with a unique, nourishing and fulfilling experience and to developing their skills.
Beyond a legal obligation, Qualiopi is a recognition of the quality of the process implemented for the development of skills and the good readability of the training offer to companies and future participants. talenco provides you with information about the process.
What is Qualiopi?
The law of September 5, 2018 «for the freedom to choose one’s professional future» has had a significant impact on the world of vocational training and the development of skills by placing emphasis on the quality of training activities.
Qualiopi is the quality certification mark established by the Ministry of Labour for providers of action contributing to the development of skills (OPAC) on the basis of National Quality Reference Framework (RNQ).
This certification can be issued by certification bodies accredited by the French Accreditation Committee – COFRAC. The certification body verifies through an audit that the training organization complies with the provisions set out in the National Quality Framework.
Who is affected by the Qualiopi certification?
The Qualiopi brand is concerned all providers, including independent trainers, providing training activities, skills assessment, validation of experience (VAE), apprenticeship.
All these training actors must obtain this certification by the end of 2021 if they wish to continue to benefit from public funding and pooled funds (OPCO, Pôle Emploi, Caisse des Dépôts, Agefiph…) beyond January 1st, 2022.
As a training organization, talenco wanted to be part of this approach from the very beginning.

What are the Qualiopi criteria?
The National Quality Framework includes 7 criteria specified by 32 indicators which allow certificate holders to ensure that providers comply with the requirements of the Qualiopi certification framework. These criteria cover all aspects of training, from public information to continuous improvement, including pedagogy, methods and tools. accompaniment, etc.
talenco was found to comply with all relevant criteria and indicators during the initial audit of all its training offerings., Both on the certification cycles and on the Customized training.
We are particularly proud to have been distinguished in some more specific aspects of our quality policy, and in particular:
