Join our firm as an Activation Manager – Commercial Telemarketing. Position based in Nantes
Join our team! Your mission will meet a primary objective: ensuring the commercial prospecting by phone and through multiple channels with our customers and prospects..
Your main objective: activate the phone and multichannel appointment taking and detect projects within a portfolio of assigned B2B prospects and clients.
The phone is therefore your best ally, but also the Social networks (including LinkedIn), our new ultra-efficient CRM, and all the events and publications we organize.
In everyday life, Your targets and contacts are essentially decision-makers : HR Director, Director of Transformation, Director of HR Development, Director of Training, heads of BU.
In our agile organization, you work in a dynamic environment, within a company renowned for its expertise, its proximity to customers, and its ability to innovate.
As a Commercial Activator, you are attached to the Leader of the « Client Office » and in a team with a Director of Consulting.

👍 You have a Bac+2 minimum, and necessarily one Phone experience in outgoing calls (telemarketing) as well as knowledge of tools (CRM) and techniques for B2B sales prospecting.
👍 You are well acquainted with the world of business, the key functions involved in decision-making, and you enjoy it contact made with «high-level» people, in organizations that are often complex.
👍 You own one good diction and good spelling, You, master the office automation and CRM environments and you are familiar with the social network LinkedIn, especially for prospecting purposes.
Knowing how to be: You are endowed with a good oral fluency, of one optimistic mood, of one active listening to understand the needs, and of great perseverance.
We will attach particular importance to your dynamism, Yours, reactivity, Yours, good mood and yours Ability to work in a team, indispensable to integrate the multipurpose team in place.
The entire team will be happy to welcome you – as soon as possible! – in our offices near Nantes train station. As a self-employed worker, you can work from home up to 2 days a week.
The remuneration will be determined based on your profile.
