TalenCo, a consulting and training firm in strategy, management and organisational transformation
Jean Baptiste Gouin and Cyrille Chaudoit founded TalenCo, a French consulting and training company, in 2012. Our initial mission was "Let nobody miss the digital shift". TalenCo has become a leading consulting and learning partner supporting organisational transformation in Europe.
Internationally, TalenCo is particularly recognised for its expertise in performance management and the deployment of strategic plans using OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). Recently, we announced the launch of our Swiss operations and the appointment of David Rault as Managing Partner Switzerland.
Our firm relies on a network of more than 90 expert consultants and facilitators and has supported over 450 organisations across Europe, including BNP Paribas, SGS, LVMH, Natixis, Veolia, Dassault Systèmes, L’Oréal, L’Occitane and Naxoo.
