An AI agent is not just a chatbot that you prompt with as you go along. It is a system that is capable of setting up a business workflow itself, executing it, and automating the various steps, and interacting with other agents or third-party tools.
With agentive AI, the uses go beyond content generation or idea search. It becomes possible to designing specialized agents to address a specific need, For example, preparing an analysis, organizing information, automating a sequence of actions, assisting a team, or streamlining a recurring activity.
The Agents IA workshop allows participants to understand this new wave of AI,’identify opportunities in your professional environment and Design a first prototype of an AI agent adapted to a business use case.
The goal : Leave with a clear vision of what an AI agent is, how it works, how to create it and how to use it. From designing a specific agent directly from your company’s LLM, or according to your constraints and technical needs, a workflow template on Make, n8n or an equivalent tool.
The program is customizable according to the professions, the available tools, the technical constraints and the level of AI maturity of the participants.
Illustrated talk: From generative AI to agential AI
Pairwork workshop: Identifying opportunities in your profession
Prioritization of agentic use cases
Creative workshop “Mission impossible”: Imagine and design an AI agent
Guided prototyping: Putting it into practice
Guided exploration time and group sharing: From the workshop to deployment
The participants leave with directly reusable materials to continue their work after the workshop:
One Experienced consultant to adapt the device to your context
Des participatory workshops and simulations in subgroups
One limited number of participants per session for more interaction
L’The ‘Agents IA workshop’ is designed as a very operational day, It involves taking a high-level view, analyzing the job, creativity and prototyping. It’s not just about understanding what an AI agent is, but about projecting yourself into concrete use cases and starting to design a useful system for your professional daily life.
Pedagogy is based on a simple progression: understanding, identifying, prioritizing, designing, testing, Then prepare the post-workshop. The participants work in pairs and in subgroups to present their ideas, challenge the feasibility of use cases, and build a first logic for a business AI agent.
The approach maintains constant vigilance regarding human responsibility, data quality, privacy, technical limitations, and the actual conditions of deployment.
Several of the tools include bricks from this workshop: designing AI assistants, programming a personalized assistant, prototyping workflows, qualifying use cases, or preparing technical briefs.

A central topic for bringing about change. It’s very informative and I learned a lot of different concepts. It was quite lively and it goes by very quickly.

What is an AI agent?
An AI agent is a system capable of orchestrating multiple actions to meet a given objective. Unlike a simple chatbot, it can mobilize tools, follow a workflow, execute steps over time, and interact with different sources or applications.
What is the difference between generative AI and agentive AI?
Generative AI produces content based on a request (prompt): text, synthesis, analysis, image, or ideas. Agentic AI goes further: it enables chaining of actions, connecting tools, and automating certain steps of a business process.
Who is the Agents IA workshop addressed to?
The Agents IA workshop is aimed at business teams, managers, support functions, innovation or transformation teams that want to identify tasks that can be automated and design a first agent adapted to their daily work. It is recommended that you already have some basic knowledge of generative AI and prompting.
What use cases can be worked with with AI agents?
AI agents can be used to automate repetitive workflows, prepare analyses, organize information, track requests, produce intermediate deliverables, or connect multiple tools in a single business process. The workshop helps select the most useful, realistic, and responsible use cases.
Can we leave with a prototype of an AI agent at the end of the workshop?
Yes, depending on the technical constraints and the available tools, participants can leave with a prototype, a simulation, or a workflow template. The goal is to have a concrete basis to test, refine, and prepare for a possible deployment.
