La Caisse d’Epargne is a French bank formed around 15 regional savings banks. Since July 2009, the French banking group has merged with that of the Popular Banks under the name Groupe BPCE.
The Caisse d’Epargne Bretagne Pays de Loire (CE BPL) is one of the close-to-customer banking and insurance institutions of the BPCE Group with 356 agencies and 11 business centers.
The context of our mission at CE BPL
At the end of 2024, the Caisse d’Epargne Bretagne Pays de Loire brought together about forty employees from the Human Resources Department for a seminar day, to Accultivate HR teams to understand generative artificial intelligence and its impact on the banking sector and HR professions.
It was in this context that talenco he intervened to Raising awareness, demystifying and illustrating the possible uses of AI in the service of HR functions, in the form of a Tailor-made IA seminar.
The objectives of the «IA Inspiration» seminar»
Several objectives have been identified for Raising awareness, engaging employees and providing perspectives to HR teams :
- to align oneself with a common vision of generative AI and to homogenize knowledge,
- anticipate Opportunities of artificial intelligence for the banking sector,
- perceive the Impacts of AI on customers, internal departments and management,
- to be inspired by Practical cases and HR use cases in the banking and insurance professions.
The IA seminar program for HR
The talenco tailor-made intervention took place during a Morning in interactive conference mode in 2 phases :
1. One talk Inspiring «AI: a new wave of transformation»
- Homogenize knowledge and dismantle myths surrounding AI
- Examples of use cases to measure the potential and limitations
- What impacts for companies: strategies, organization, professions, skills, management…
- How can HR become a driving force for this fundamental transformation?
2. Demonstrations of AI tools and practical cases for HR
- Demonstration of a panel of generative AI tools (text, images, sound, videos...) to discover the multiple uses possibilities
- Introduction to prompting based on predefined and selected HR use cases identified upstream
- Implementation of prompts in interaction with participants
