Experts Talenco are first identified through recommendations based on their operational experience and attitude. They are then trained, mentored, and certified in pedagogical methods Talenco, and then integrated into our community of experts who continuously learn.
How do you guarantee the quality of the participants?
Through a rigorous process of selection (solely by recommendation), authorization and certification, a global monitoring driven by our internal laboratories and continuous sharing within the talencommunity. As a Qualiopi certified organization, we apply a high level of rigor to every intervention.
Are your experts trained in artificial intelligence?
Yes. We have been Talenco developing an iA offering since 2023. Our experts understand the uses of generative AI and integrate it concretely into their interventions to customize the customer journey and sustainably equip managers in the field.
Can you involve one of your conference experts?
Being a speaker is a specific skill. We do not involve all our consultants as speakers. However, we have our own speakers who deliver sessions on leadership, innovation or IA, both in person and remotely. We together choose the profile and format that best suits your event and your teams.
