Pedagogical innovation to transform management, cooperation and commitment
When we talk about pedagogical innovation, it is not about adding a layer of novelty to make something modern. The goal is to proposing formats that bring life to an experience, that make learning useful immediately, and that provide managers and teams with concrete tools that can be reused in real life.
At talenco, it has always been our conviction: We learn better when we experiment, where we test ourselves and face situations that are close to our daily lives. Creating an experience for learners, It is about enabling them to move from understanding to action, to permanently adopting new practices and leaving with the desire to implement them.
Experiential workshops for companies
On the occasion of the morning of educational innovation organized talenco on April 9, 2026, 6 workshops were highlighted. Each one responds to a very practical need: better cooperation, taking a step back in complexity, engaging remotely, driving performance, extending the effects of training, or freeing up the voice in teams.
What do these workshops have in common? Their immediate and immediately deployable nature! Far from abstract concepts, our devices have enabled our customers to test, to exchange ideas with peers, to produce together, and to project themselves very quickly into corporate use.
What stands out strongly is also the pleasure of learning in a different way. The playful aspect is never decorative: it serves engagement, memorization, participation and mobilization. And it is precisely this mix of fun, pedagogy and applicability that gives these formats their strength.

1. Talencity®: Experimenting with cooperation and collaboration in a collective context
Talencity® is an immersive game designed to bring vividly to life what the cooperation and collaboration. The device works with groups of 30 to 100 participants. Depending on the configuration, the experience is experienced both in subgroups around the tables and in a large collective.
The idea is not simply to talk about cooperation, but to live it. The participants find themselves immersed in a common dynamic where they must build, decide, adapt, share resources, and create together. It is this collective experience that matters.
Talencity® is particularly relevant in a seminar, especially at the conclusion, when one wants to create a a key moment around cohesion, inter-team cooperation and managerial attitude. The format allows for taking a step back while giving managers concrete tools to work with their teams afterwards.

The OKR workshop, for Objectives and Key Results, deals with a central topic for managers: the Driving performance. But here, OKRs are not viewed as a simple method, but as a corporate culture that enables’aligning strategy, management and execution.
The starting point is simple: a company must be clear about its strategy, able to make it readable, and then translate it into operational objectives. This is where the OKR method It takes on a whole new meaning.
The OKR approach allows for putting a human face on things, individualization, personalization and meaning. Each employee and each manager can better understand their contribution to the group’s trajectory.

5. AI Assistants: Extending training and anchoring practices over time
The workshop dedicated to AI assistants starts from a well-known observation in training: a large part of the knowledge acquired quickly fades away after the end of a course. The challenge is therefore to Extend learning beyond the formal time of the session.
Le « Talencompanion » by talenco is an AI assistant designed for managers. Its role is to enable them, after the training, to continue to learn by relying on the management tools imparted during the course.
In other words, generative AI is not used as a gadget but becomes a support for consolidation, reactivation, and implementation. The manager can return to a tool, ask for ideas, confront a concrete situation, and continue to progress in their daily work.
The benefit is great for training managers as well as for the managers themselves:
- apprenticeships last longer,
- practices are rooted in everyday life,
- Managers can train throughout the year based on their actual needs.
… in short, an AI assistant that is particularly useful in moments when one needs simple, quick, and contextually relevant support regarding a specific management situation!

6. Klaxoon: making distance training truly interactive
Our Klaxoon workshop draws on a very striking case: a 7-hour training session via videoconference with 18 participants! The whole point was to show that’distance learning can become a truly engaging, active, and collaborative learning experience.
The collaborative work platform Klaxoon is used here as an environment that combines several elements: brainstorming, quizzes, co-development, collective production, collection of ideas, and centralization of the content produced by the participants.
The strength of the tool lies in its ability to transforming a descendant content into an interactive experience. We no longer just transmit information: we involve, we involve people, we get them to produce… And this changes everything, especially in short, hybrid or remote learning programs.
Klaxoon then becomes particularly useful for:
- re-educating managers on fundamentals,
- animate short periods of time remotely,
- to have a group brainstorm,
- to bring all the productions together in a single space.
His other asset? His simplicity! The tool is perceived as accessible, experimental and very quickly deployable in many educational contexts.

«This is a must have when we need to involve the teams in an engaging way. »
Guillaume Guichard, Consultant talenco – Expert in Digital learning and iA

- High participation of learners
- Very engaging formats, even from a distance
- A simple centralization of ideas and productions

Sophie TOUPET, Crédit Agricole PFM, Head of HR Projects
Workshops designed to experiment, share, and leave with concrete tools
Beyond their thematic focus, the 6 workshops offered talenco share a common philosophy:
- to bring about experiences rather than to disseminate concepts,
- provide immediately reusable tools,
- make managers actors,
- create engagement through participation,
- Accompanying transformations with concrete approaches.
There is also a strong conviction: pedagogical innovation is only valuable if it serves action. If it helps a manager to decide faster, a team to cooperate better, a training manager to extend his/her training programs, or an organization to align its strategy with daily operations, then it becomes truly useful.
Why do these formats make you want to go further?
Because they meet very current needs:
- better cooperate in complex organizations,
- accompanying the transformations without losing the managers along the way,
- to animate from a distance without suffering passivity,
- giving meaning to the objectives,
- to prolong the effects of a training session,
- equip teams with simple and vivid practices.
Our workshops do not promise miracles, but offer experiences, tools and methods to act with greater clarity, commitment and impact.
And that is undoubtedly the real highlight of this day: innovating in pedagogy is not complicated. It is about making learning more alive, more collective, more concrete and more transformative.
