The seventh edition of U-Spring, The Spring of Business Universities took place on March 23, 2022 in Paris. This event, organized by the Decideurs RH division of the media group Leaders League, offers a chance to reflect on the issues of professional training and the management of change, while also publicly recognizing initiatives and innovations in this field.
The day is structured around conferences and workshops punctuated by the presentation of awards. U-Spring Awards, which reward companies and personalities for the quality and excellence of their initiatives and projects over time.
The distinguished individuals in each of the 11 categories are evaluated and selected by a jury of experts composed of Human Resources Directors, Training Directors and business universities.
Crédit Agricole Technologies and Services won the special mention in the «Talent management» category in 2022» for the UPGRADE support program «From Manager to Leader: New Roles and Leadership Positions at the Service of a New Agile Organization».
In a context of agile transition across the entire company, the ambition of this training program was to enable each Leader to be both a driver and an influencer of the transformation from CA-TS by appropriating two complementary postures« Servant Leader »and« Change Leader« .
The U-Spring award rewards CA-TS for the deployment and success of this device « blended »(mixing virtual classes with in-person sessions) which enabled in a few weeks to onboard and professionalize 100 % of the leading managers on the new agile work modes.
