The company designs, markets and manages Auto, Housing, Health, Life Accidents, Multi-Mobility and Pension insurance products for individuals and professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The context of our IA HR mission<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"c-content__framed wp-block-paragraph\">Faced with the evolution and rapid spread of generative artificial intelligence, Mutuelle de Poitiers Assurances wanted to <strong>Raising awareness and training its HR teams<\/strong> in order to better accompany change and <strong>anticipate the evolution of professions and the skills needs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1920\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/www.talenco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/bann-1920-400-groupe-rh.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-32379\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.talenco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/bann-1920-400-groupe-rh.jpg 1920w, https:\/\/www.talenco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/bann-1920-400-groupe-rh-300x63.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.talenco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/bann-1920-400-groupe-rh-1024x213.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.talenco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/bann-1920-400-groupe-rh-768x160.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.talenco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/bann-1920-400-groupe-rh-1536x320.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1920px) 100vw, 1920px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The objectives of the \u00abAI awareness\u00bb initiative\u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Several objectives have been identified to stimulate the HR department\u2019s reflection on the issues surrounding artificial intelligence:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li><strong>harmonizing knowledge <\/strong>within HR teams,<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>to understand<\/strong> <strong>the fundamentals <\/strong>of artificial intelligence in general and generative AI (IAGen) in particular,<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Projecting oneself as HR <\/strong>on the concrete use of generative AI in the different components of the profession,<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>anchor <\/strong>the need to take up the subject and\u2019<strong>anticipate the impacts<\/strong> on the other business functions.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The IA program for HR for the day<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In February 2025, talenco he designed and hosted <strong>a day of awareness and action for HR teams<\/strong> around the issues and impacts of generative artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"c-content__highlight wp-block-paragraph\">This day enabled the theoretical insights to be translated into <strong>Concrete actions, directly applicable <\/strong>in the professional environment through various sequences:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li><strong>KEYNOTE:<\/strong> an interactive conference to better understand the fundamental concepts of generative AI<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li><strong>PANORAMA:<\/strong> Inventory the formats generated by generative AI (texts, images, music, video, voice, etc.) and assess their relevance in terms of the deliverables to be produced<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li><strong>ATELIER<\/strong>Mastering ChatGPT and the techniques <em>prompting<\/em> (various prompt exercises)<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li><strong>ATELIER <\/strong>: Experimenting with IAgen according to the participants\u2019 HR use cases (practical exercises)<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li><strong>Sensitization:<\/strong> reflection on the contribution of HR to<strong> the responsible use of AI<\/strong> Generative internally<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The most educational ones talenco<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The participants to this day were particularly able to appreciate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">  test and optimize their<strong> Quick techniques<\/strong> <strong>on ChatGPT<\/strong>,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">  working on situation-based exercises based on <strong>RH use cases<\/strong> defined upstream,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">  challenge priority AI projects taking into account <strong>human impacts and challenges thanks to the MEDIA\u00ae method<\/strong> developed by talenco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The results of our IA HR support<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"c-content__highlight wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Overall satisfaction: 4.8\/5<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"c-content__cite c-cite wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u00ab Thank you.
