The group\u2019s 55,000 employees contribute to the implementation, operation assistance and maintenance of industrial equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company is committed to the energy transition and a responsible digital transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The context of our mission at SPIE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Like many companies, the SPIE Group is embarking on a new digital transformation with the rise of generative artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"c-content__highlight wp-block-paragraph\">The entity <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/spie-operations\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">SPIE Operations<\/a>, which brings together the support functions, wished to support the Purchasing Department in <strong>anticipate the impact of generative AI on their professions, the organization, and the skills to be developed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"900\" height=\"230\" src=\"https:\/\/www.talenco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/visuel-spie-900x230-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-31751\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.talenco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/visuel-spie-900x230-1.jpg 900w, https:\/\/www.talenco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/visuel-spie-900x230-1-300x77.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.talenco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/visuel-spie-900x230-1-768x196.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The objectives of the IA seminar day<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The SPIE group requested talenco in November 2024 to design and animate a <strong>IA seminar<\/strong> for the Purchasing Department of SPIE Operations with several objectives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Align the teams on the <strong>Vision of generative AI<\/strong> What exactly are we talking about?<\/li>\n\n\n<li>identifying the opportunities of AI for <strong>optimizing the internal experience<\/strong> from the Directorate,<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Determine the <strong>Affected professions<\/strong> by implementing the AIagen in the \u201cinternal clients\u201d journey,<\/li>\n\n\n<li>know how to develop a plan <strong>Development of skills<\/strong> for the Purchasing Department.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our support for the Purchasing Department<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The IA seminar <\/strong>the Purchasing Department took place on <strong>one day in-person, combining a conference and several collaborative workshops in subgroups<\/strong> for the employees of the management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">An \u00abinspiring talk\u00bb: sharing the same vision of AI challenges<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>AI &amp; Generative AI: What are we talking about? Myths and realities of AI.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>The innovation levers of generative AI in business: a few examples in the industrial and purchasing sectors<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Collaborative workshops on the impacts of AI<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Workshop 1: identifying the \u00ab <em>pain points<\/em> \u00bb in the \u00abinternal client\u00bb experience\u00bb<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Develop a few <strong>personae<\/strong> from \u00abinternal clients\u00bb of the Purchasing Department, using the BIOPRAU\u00a9 concept (client (Bavard, Impatient, Ominiscient, Shareholder, Responsible, Autonomous, Unique).<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Formalize the <strong>course<\/strong> \u00abinternal client\u00bb of the Purchasing Department and the curve of emotions thanks to UX PURSUIT\u00a9<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Identifying the \u00ab <em><strong>pain points<\/strong><\/em> \u00bb for which generative AI can be a <strong>opportunity<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Workshop 2: Determining the professions affected by the implementation of the IAGen.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Based on the identified AI opportunities, determine which purchasing department jobs will be impacted.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Workshop 3: Defining how Procurement professions are impacted by AI<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Each identified profession has been subjected to the \u00abrigor\u00bb of the talenco IMEDIA\u00a9 method.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Workshop 4: Developing the Skills Development Plan for the Purchasing Department<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Collaborative workshop around the competency matrix to guide the Purchasing team in defining its IAGen skills development plan.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The most pedagogical ones from the IA by seminar talenco<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In support of collaborative workshops, some tools designed by them talenco have enabled the collective intelligence to be boosted and stimulated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">UX pursuit<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Board game based on the principles of UX design talenco, played in subgroups, designed to help people become aware of their own biases. <strong>the design and deployment of new customer-oriented solutions.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I.MEDIA \u00a9<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abPrioritizing AI while taking into account human concerns\u00bb, a matrix created by talenco for <strong>IAG prioritizes the tracks as challengers<\/strong> taking into account the human stakes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li><strong>I<\/strong>Identifying the automated actions by generative LAs<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>M<\/strong>collecting the profits to go and get them (KR)<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>E<\/strong>evaluate the risks (non-action, ethical\u2026)<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>D<\/strong>decomposing the added value generated<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>I<\/strong>Identifying the evolving needs for skills<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>A<\/strong>Maintain the action plan and the transfer of competencies<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The results of our customized program<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"c-content__highlight wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Very satisfying: 9\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u00ab Thank you for this useful training \u00bb<\/em>\n<p><em>\u00abVery interesting and enriching training.
