{"id":30287,"date":"2025-07-25T15:20:39","date_gmt":"2025-07-25T14:20:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.talenco.com\/feed?post_id=30287"},"modified":"2026-10-26T21:49:43","modified_gmt":"2026-10-26T20:49:43","slug":"safran-industrie-teams-up-with-rh-ia-generative-ai-day","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.talenco.com\/en\/publications\/cas-clients\/safran-industrie-equipes-rh-ia-generative-ai-day\/","title":{"rendered":"Case study: supporting HR teams on the challenges and deployment of generative AI (AI Day)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.safran-group.com\/fr\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Safran<\/a> is an international high-tech group operating in the fields of aeronautics (propulsion, equipment and interiors), space and defense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Based on all continents, the Group employs 92,000 employees for a turnover of 23.2 billion euros in 2023, and holds, alone or in partnership, leading positions worldwide or in Europe in its markets.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The context of our mission at Safran<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Safran University is deploying a <strong>a great program of acculturation<\/strong> for all the entities of the group around the topic of generative artificial intelligence (<strong>GenAi<\/strong>).
