This French company designs, manufactures, and distributes advanced acoustic technologies through loudspeakers, electronics, software, and immersive technologies. By blending innovation and excellence, L-Acoustics shapes the future of sound, enabling audio professionals, world-renowned artists, major music festivals, and global sporting events to elevate the audience experience.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Present in more than 80 countries with more than 600 employees, L-Acoustics has offices in Los Angeles, Paris, London and Singapore.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The context<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After a period of uncertainty linked to COVID, L-Acoustics Group\u2019s activity has experienced a dynamic momentum of recovery. To accompany this growth (business, HR and international development), the company has opted for the use of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.talenco.com\/en\/publications\/articles-interviews\/questions-method-objectives-key-results\/\">Objectives &amp; Key Results<\/a> (OKR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"tc-embed\"><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/embed\/feed\/update\/urn:li:ugcPost:7001496605535150081?compact=1\" height=\"399\" width=\"710\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"\" title=\"Integrated post\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In order to deploy the OKRs within the company worldwide as quickly as possible, L-Acoustics called on talenco Fin 2021 to enable ComEx and top managers to <strong>better understand the functioning of the OKR method<\/strong> and decline the <em>Objectives &amp; Key Results<\/em> in each major division of the company, by applying the method to each team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The objectives<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The solution deployed talenco met several objectives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li><strong>Accompanying the leaders<\/strong> from L-Acoustics to defining corporate OKRs, agreeing on and formalizing an ambition by adopting a common grammar and communication tools,<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Aligning the entire organization<\/strong> on this same ambition and communicating it in an inspiring way,<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Passing on the same culture<\/strong> internationally and remotely,<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Driving the advancement and realization<\/strong> of this ambition.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our system<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">talenco In collaboration with L-Acoustics' Human Resources department, it designed and deployed <strong>a customized support system in 3 phases<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Phase 1: Support for executives to define the company\u2019s ambition and OKRs<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">  Work upstream with the leaders of L-Acoustics<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">  <em>Workshop<\/em> sharing and adjusting the OKRs within the Codir<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">  Personalized support for Codir members to define their own OKRs and implement them by department<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Phase 2: boarding and training of the Leadership Team<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">  Support for 40 top executives spread across the world (Asia, Europe, the West Coast of the United States)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">  Dedicated training within the management teams to develop their OKRs and adopt the method: 3 virtual classes of 2 hours, in English, in groups of 10 to 15 people to \u00abdefine their OKRs and engage their teams on clear priorities\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Phase 3: Formalization <em>Playbook<\/em>\u00a0(How to use OKRs at L-Acoustics)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">  How the method works, best practices, rituals for managing OKRs\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The results<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2714\ufe0f The entire company is aligned with action priorities<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2714\ufe0f The entire hierarchy is involved<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2714\ufe0f The empowerment of managers has enabled them to acquire a certain level of maturity through management by example, sharing, and feedback<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2714\ufe0f Teams are engaged: OKRs allow everyone to identify why and how they contribute to the success of the company\u2019s project<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/manonenoc\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Manon Enoc<\/a><span style=\"color: #382152;\">, Deputy HR Director at L-Acoustics:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab <em>The step-by-step implementation of the OKR methodology and the tailored support offered to the stakeholders enabled the entire organization to successfully embark on this journey.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<\/div><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"115\" height=\"115\" src=\"https:\/\/www.talenco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/manon-enoc-l-acoustics-115x115-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-19498 size-full\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"c-content__cite c-cite wp-block-paragraph\"><em>The OKRs served as a springboard for regular and expected leadership statements. <strong>new management rituals with the entire company, emblematic of a culture of transparency<\/strong>. We also opted for visibility over all OKRs across all departments, which helped consolidate our strong sense of teamwork and thus avoid any form of organizational fragmentation.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"c-content__cite c-cite wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Furthermore, the formalization induced by the OKR method has also enabled a certain transformation: from an oral culture to a more written culture that helps the company expand internationally and ensures its success. <strong>performance in an ecosystem with hybrid work modes<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"c-content__cite c-cite wp-block-paragraph\"><em>The management of OKRs has become part of the already established management routines, thus developing opportunities for feedback for managers.
