This event, organized by the Decideurs RH division of the media group Leaders League, offers a chance to reflect on the issues of professional training and the management of change, while also publicly recognizing initiatives and innovations in this field.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"396\" height=\"127\" src=\"https:\/\/www.talenco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/logo-uspring.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12512\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.talenco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/logo-uspring.png 396w, https:\/\/www.talenco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/logo-uspring-300x96.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 396px) 100vw, 396px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The day is structured around conferences and workshops punctuated by the presentation of awards. <strong>U-Spring Awards<\/strong>, which reward companies and personalities for the quality and excellence of their initiatives and projects over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The distinguished individuals in each of the 11 categories are evaluated and selected by a jury of experts composed of Human Resources Directors, Training Directors and business universities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"c-content__framed wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Technologies and Services won the special mention in the \u00abTalent management\u00bb category in 2022\u00bb<\/strong> for the UPGRADE support program \u00abFrom Manager to Leader: New Roles and Leadership Positions at the Service of a New Agile Organization\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"tc-embed\"><center><blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\"><p lang=\"fr\" dir=\"ltr\"> Special Mention of the Trophy <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Uspring?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">#Uspring<\/a> in the \u00abTalent Management\u00bb category! of this training program was to <strong>enable each Leader to be both a driver and an influencer of the transformation<\/strong> from CA-TS by appropriating two complementary postures\u00ab\u00a0<em>Servant Leader<\/em>\u00a0\u00bband\u00ab\u00a0<em>Change Leader<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The U-Spring award rewards CA-TS for the deployment and success of this device \u00ab <em>blended<\/em> \u00bb(mixing virtual classes with in-person sessions) which enabled in a few weeks to onboard and professionalize 100 % of the leading
