This event offers the opportunity to reflect on the impacts of vocational training while also publicly recognizing initiatives and innovations in this field. A summary of the different stages of our support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"534\" height=\"382\" src=\"https:\/\/www.talenco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/celio-trophee.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12534\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.talenco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/celio-trophee.jpg 534w, https:\/\/www.talenco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/celio-trophee-300x215.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 534px) 100vw, 534px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Initiating a cultural transformation of the group<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Celio Group has been implementing a major transformation plan since 2019, which involves changing management practices based on a framework that formalizes the leadership model expected of managers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aligning all managers on the group\u2019s ambition<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first step in the process was to accompany the General Directorate and the members of the Executive Committee through various mechanisms:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>a 360\u00b0 assessment and a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.talenco.com\/en\/training\/pedagogical-solutions\/coaching-mentorat\/\">individual coaching<\/a> for each member of the ComEx<\/li>\n\n\n<li>individual support for each of them in the implementation of their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.talenco.com\/en\/publications\/videos-podcasts\/okr-management-method-aligning-company-objectives\/\">OKR (<em>Objectives &amp; Key Results<\/em>)<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n<li>team coaching support for the sharing of their OKRs<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Engaging teams through management leverage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To move from vision to execution, the second stage of the project consisted of disseminating the new posture to all managers in the form of <em>workshops<\/em>, Thanks to internal ambassadors.
